🔍 Critical Notes
Flor de Toe Center is located in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, one hour from the city of Tamshiyacu, in the district of Fernando Lores, Maynas, Loreto. Where the climate and vegetation have been the cradle of origin of the cocoa tree, umari and pineapple.
The city of Tamshiyacu is a typical riverside town in the Peruvian jungle. It is located on the banks of the Amazon River in the department of Loreto, where the population mostly lives from agriculture, fishing and commerce. Where it is a reflection of the beauty of the Peruvian Amazon. Flor de Toe Center is part of them, a place where you can live moments of tranquility and reflection, accompanied by the Amazon breeze, the singing of the birds. Make that moment unique and special with our services and multiple activities, in harmony with nature and its ancestral spirits.

Flor de Toe Center is a magical and friendly place, which can only be reached by boat on the Amazon River, to be in contact with the natural forces and healing spirits of the master plants. In this center you can have an authentic shamanistic experience, the diets are carried out in the same way that the Amazonian healers did hundreds of years ago, in the same environment in which the shaman lives (outside the modern and technological world).
We have programs for individual and group diets. You will be guided by our master shaman (Anael Rojas). Each situation is unique and the approach is individual. You will speak with the shaman about the problem that afflicts you, so that he can recommend which diet you should follow (ayahuasca ceremony, oje ceremony, kambo ceremony, among others).

Reviews
I went to Centro Flor de Toe with high expectations for deep personal healing, and while I did experience some incredibly intense and transformative moments during the ceremonies, my overall experience was uneven. The retreat’s setting is undeniably beautiful, with vibrant nature that sets a powerful stage for introspection. I felt moments of deep emotional release and gained insights that made me question long-held beliefs about myself.
However, I couldn’t help but notice that the integration process was lacking. While the ceremonies themselves were potent, the follow-up support felt disjointed. There were times when, after a particularly intense session, I was left feeling adrift without adequate one-on-one guidance to help process my emotions. Additionally, I found the overall atmosphere sometimes too chaotic—certain areas of the facility were under-maintained, which distracted from the overall experience. In the end, while the medicine is undeniably powerful, the inconsistent integration left me with a sense that the journey wasn’t fully complete. If you’re adventurous and can manage some of these gaps, you might still gain valuable insights—but be prepared for an experience that could use more cohesive support.
Attending Centro Flor de Toe was a deeply moving experience that challenged me to confront the parts of myself I’d long ignored. The natural environment here is striking—a lush, immersive setting that immediately pulls you out of the daily grind and into a space of introspection. The ceremonies were raw and visceral; I experienced intense waves of emotion that allowed me to release long-held stress and pain.
What I appreciated most was the genuine commitment of the staff to your healing journey. They’re down-to-earth and passionate about their work. However, I did notice a few quirks that, for me, detracted slightly from an otherwise exceptional experience. For instance, the communal meals, while nutritious, lacked variety over the retreat’s duration, and sometimes the overall ambiance felt a bit too unpolished for those new to this kind of intense work.
Even with these minor flaws, the transformative power of the ceremonies and the heartfelt support during group integration left me with lasting insights. If you’re ready for an authentic, sometimes raw journey into self-healing, this place has a lot to offer—just know it’s not all perfectly wrapped up.
I arrived at Centro Flor de Toe feeling utterly weighed down by years of stress and emotional baggage. From the moment I stepped onto the property, nestled in a vibrant, tropical setting, I felt as though I had been transported to a sacred sanctuary. The natural beauty—the lush gardens, gentle breeze, and the soothing sound of nearby water—instantly put me at ease.
The ceremonies here were nothing short of miraculous. I experienced a cathartic release that allowed me to confront deep-seated wounds, and every session felt carefully designed to help you peel away layers of old pain. The staff here are exceptionally dedicated; their genuine care shone through in every interaction, making sure you felt both safe and supported throughout the process. The integration circles were intimate and nurturing, providing ample time to share and process those intense moments of clarity.
I left Centro Flor de Toe with a heart that felt lighter, a mind filled with new insights, and practical tools to continue my healing journey. This retreat isn’t just an escape—it’s a profound journey toward wholeness. If you’re ready for a transformative, soul-healing experience, this place will truly change your life.
My time at Centro Flor de Toe was a powerful, eye-opening journey into my inner world. The retreat’s setting, surrounded by tropical beauty and quiet spaces for reflection, truly set the stage for deep healing. The ceremonies were potent and allowed me to access emotions I had long suppressed, leaving me with insights that I’m still processing.
While the overall experience was transformative, there were a few areas that could use improvement. I found that the integration process, although sincere, sometimes felt too brief for the depth of the revelations we experienced. There were moments when I wished for more individualized guidance to help me navigate the intense emotional waves. Additionally, while the eco-friendly accommodations matched the retreat’s philosophy, a touch more attention to comfort—like slightly better bedding or enhanced communal areas—would have made a noticeable difference.
Nonetheless, the authenticity and passion of the staff made the healing journey worthwhile. If you’re prepared for a deep inner exploration and can overlook a few rough edges, this retreat offers a truly meaningful experience.
Man, what an experience! Centro Flor de Toe completely redefined what healing means to me. I came in skeptical, battling inner demons and emotional overload, but right from day one, the retreat’s raw energy and authenticity drew me in. The environment is stunning, with nature all around that forces you to slow down and get real with yourself.
The ceremonies were deeply intense—each one a rollercoaster of emotions that challenged me to face everything I’d been running from. The facilitators handled it with genuine warmth and respect; they didn’t try to gloss over the difficult parts, and that honesty was exactly what I needed. During one session, I had a moment where the medicine shattered my defenses and let me see a version of myself I never knew existed—a glimpse of who I really could be.
Integration wasn’t just an afterthought either; the group circles were raw, honest, and filled with mutual support that felt like a family coming together. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and a lighter spirit. If you’re in search of an unfiltered, transformative journey, I can’t recommend this retreat enough.
