About our Ayahuasca Retreats
We started Rainforest Healing Center out of a desire to bring indigenous Peruvian plant medicine to those who could benefit from their healing. We also made a commitment to the Amazon rainforest that we call home to preserve, protect and nurture it for future generations to enjoy and appreciate.
Our Ayahuasca retreats are not about quantity. We don’t believe in heroic doses or malokas filled with humans. Our mission is to bring quality, honor, respect and devotion to these ancient plant allies and the long-nurtured wisdom of their Shamanic keepers.
We have devoted countless hours and energy into creating a retreat center that is not only safe and comfortable, but beautiful as well. We harvest and cook our own medicine, on site from the land we are on. This way you know where it comes from and what went into it . We harvest wood for our structures with respect and care. And we support and care for our workers and treat them like family.

Reviews
I felt that some of the integration sessions were too brief for the depth of the emotions we encountered. I was hoping for a little more one-on-one time to process my feelings. Additionally, although the communal meals were fresh and healthy, the limited variety made long days feel a bit repetitive. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience was healing and eye-opening—just a few tweaks could make it even more impactful.
I can’t rave enough about my time at Rainforest Healing Center. I came in at a low point, desperate to escape the chaos of daily life, and what I encountered here was nothing short of magical. The natural setting is simply breathtaking—lush greenery, a gentle, ever-present hum of nature, and open skies that make you feel infinitely small and wonderfully connected all at once.
During the ceremonies, I felt as though every suppressed emotion was given a chance to surface and be released. I vividly remember one session when the combination of the medicine and the serene environment brought tears of both sorrow and pure joy. The facilitators handled everything with a down-to-earth, heartfelt approach that made me feel like I was in the hands of true healers. Our group integration sessions were like intimate gatherings where every story was honored and every feeling mattered.
I left with a fresh perspective and the kind of inner reset I never thought possible. If you’re ready to confront your inner world and emerge transformed, this retreat is where you need to be.
I craved more personalized follow-up to help me process some of the intense revelations. Also, some of the facilities, though in keeping with the natural vibe, felt a little under-maintained after several days of heavy work. Despite these imperfections, the overall journey was transformative, and I left with a renewed sense of self—if you’re ready for intense, unfiltered healing, you might find this retreat invaluable.
I attended Rainforest Healing Center with high hopes of finding deep emotional healing, and while the experience was powerful in many ways, it ultimately left me with mixed feelings. The setting is undeniably beautiful—a serene, natural escape that encourages introspection. The ceremonies did deliver potent, life-changing moments of emotional release that I won’t soon forget.
However, my overall experience was marred by inconsistencies. I often found that after an intense ceremony, I was left with little personalized support to help integrate the revelations. The group integration sessions felt generic, and I struggled to make sense of the heavy emotions on my own. Additionally, while the eco-friendly, raw atmosphere was appealing at first, the basic accommodations and lack of modern comforts made long days feel overly taxing. In short, the medicine is undeniably powerful, but the inconsistent follow-up left me questioning whether I received the full benefit of the experience. If you’re adventurous and can navigate a less-than-cohesive support system, you might gain valuable insights—but for me, it was a mixed ride.
I left Rainforest Healing Center with a renewed sense of purpose and a heart that finally felt light. For anyone ready to embrace deep, soulful healing amid nature’s embrace, this retreat is a life-changing experience.
