🔍 Critical Notes
Commencing from the Manish Ecologic Hotel in Pucallpa, your journey begins releasing any travel-related stress with a soothing massage, allowing you to unwind and prepare for the adventure ahead. Our commitment to your well-being includes a health check to ensure your safety, before we guide you on a scenic drive deep to the jungle close to Curimana District where the retreat centre is located.

The 12 days Ayahuasca healing journey begins deep within the Peruvian Amazonian Jungle and invites you to explore the profound healing potential of Ayahuasca, merging ancient traditions with contemporary practices.
Our family of Shipibo healers, Mama Rosa’s family, with their countless generations of healing lineages, and ancient transmissions of their wisdom traditions, guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through 5 Ayahuasca ceremonies, healing songs (Ikaros) and supportive shamanic practices.

Skilled facilitators with decades of combined experience holding Ayahuasca ceremonies and doing medicine work allow you to experience in-depth healing in a safe and loving environment.
Dedicated care with 3 personalised consultations led by Shipibo Healers and Western translators is available for you throughout the retreat. Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond these individual sessions, as continuous support is the essence of our entire retreat through the expertise of our healers and facilitators.

We craft our own Ayahuasca brew using traditional ingredients from sustainable cultivations on our land for a potent and yet safe medicine.
You are encouraged to join the ritual pounding the Ayahuasca vine, cleaning Chacruna leaves, and boiling the brew for hours while sending prayers and intentions. Active participation allows you to drink medicine you helped brew, enhancing the healing experience of Ayahuasca.

One hour prior to the ceremony, we dedicate time for preparation, guiding you through various practices like meditation, sound healing, or breathwork. During the initial ceremony, we utilise this time to introduce you to Hapè medicine, a widely known remedy in shamanic traditions beyond Shipibo.
Following each ceremony, we gather around the fire to share our experiences, bond to each other and navigate this transformative journey united.

Nutrition is an integral aspect of our healing process, and we use exclusively organic and pesticide-free ingredients in our meals. Throughout the retreat, participants have three meals daily, while on ceremony days, the meal count is reduced to two, with the last one before 2 pm to align with our practice of working with the medicine on an empty stomach. All meals are prepared with the best local ingredients and are mostly vegetarian with the occasional river fish and organic chicken.

Between ceremonies, find moments to integrate the profound impact of the shamanic work. Whether seeking solitude in your Tambo or engaging in community areas, these interludes provide space for personal reflection.
The most immersive integration we offer is the hike to Regalia Waterfall, where nature’s tranquillity and the soothing water gives profound restoration.
3 morning yoga sessions are also offered for further integration.

Explore the depths of Shipibo culture through the Onanya Documentary screening, followed by an exclusive Q&A session with our Shipibo Shamans expanding your understanding of their traditions.
